Semiconductor Circuits, Inc. warrants its products for one (1) year from the date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is rendered void if the product has been changed, opened, altered or modified other than by written instruction from Semiconductor Circuits, Inc. or if the product has become defective due to acts of God, negligence or the failure of the customer to follow installation instructions. Semiconductor Circuits, Inc. does not warrant that its products are merchantable, or fit for any particular purpose, and assumes no liability for any consequential damages resulting from the failure of its products. The sole liability of Semiconductor Circuits, Inc. to the original purchaser only, is to repair, replace or credit, at its option, any products which contained any defects in material or workmanship, provided that Semiconductor Circuits, Inc. establishes the existence of such defect.

For any product to be returned under warranty, the buyer must contact Semiconductor Circuits, Inc. and obtain a Material Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Shipments, packaging, freight, insurance and other charges must be prepaid. Without such prior authorization, indicating the reason for return, all units will be returned to the buyer.
